Information on Personal Data Processing

The controller of personal data is Gymnathlon Foundation z.s., Company ID No. 02380340, registered at Türkova 2319/5b, Chodov, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic. Email: petr@gymnathlonfoundation.org. Personal data are processed for the purpose of maintaining a list of members of the foundation and for necessary communication with participants of the Gymnathlon Foundation sports program and their legal guardians. Personal data are also processed for documentation of the foundation’s activities, including the taking of photographs or audio or video recordings during the sports program, for the duration of membership and participation in the Gymnathlon Foundation program.

The data subject has the right to request access to personal data concerning them at any time, as well as the right to rectification or erasure of personal data in the event of termination of membership, or to request restriction of processing. The data subject also has the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability under the conditions set by generally binding legal regulations. If the processing is based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). The keeping of the list of foundation members is governed by the Civil Code and the Statutes of the foundation in accordance with it.
